Chronic back pain is more than just a physical ache; it’s the frustration of feeling sidelined and the uncertainty of when you’ll feel like yourself again. Whether you’re an athlete or a busy parent, persistent pain can make you feel like your body is no longer reliable.

I understand the impact of recovery firsthand. My own journey following a life-threatening illness, combined with my personal experience managing recurring back pain, has shaped my clinical approach. I don’t just treat symptoms; I focus on the person behind the injury.

With over 10 years of experience and with the support of AICE Sports & Exercise group, I have worked as a Chiropractor and Sports Trainer for NSW Gridiron across multiple National Campaigns. My background in Rugby League and Gridiron has given me a practical understanding of what it takes to support the body through high-demand activities.

My goal is to help you transition from pain management to building long-term resilience. We do this through a three-pillared approach:

• Mobility: Improving your range of motion to support daily movement.

• Stability: Strengthening the foundation of your musculoskeletal system.

• Performance: Providing you with practical tools designed to help you stay active and adaptable.

Don't let back pain dictate your schedule. Let’s work together to develop a structured recovery plan that fits your lifestyle, so you can get back to what matters most.

When I’m not at the clinic, I’m usually on adventures with my wife and kids or on the hunt for NBA and NFL trading cards to add to my collection. If you want to talk shop about the epic Philadelphia Eagles Superbowl run or discuss your fantasy team line up while we work on your spine, I’m your guy.
