Abi Jones
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
BSC Physiotherapy (Hons First class); Dry needling level 1
Abi is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Bournemouth University, UK in 2023. She moved to Australia in early 2026 to broaden her clinical experience and work with active individuals across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
With a background in running, gym training, tennis and swimming, Abi has a strong appreciation for helping people return to the activities they love. She enjoys treating individuals of all ages and activity levels, and has a particular interest in running-related injuries, lower back pain, and general musculoskeletal presentations. She values guiding patients through structured, progressive rehabilitation that builds confidence and long‑term resilience.
Abi’s treatment approach is holistic and patient‑centred, combining dry needling (qualified), manual therapy, exercise prescription and tailored rehabilitation programs. She is committed to supporting each person’s unique goals, whether that’s returning to sport, daily movement or simply feeling stronger in their body.
When it comes to joint mobilisation, Abi has completed additional training through the SOMMS courses (Unit 1 & 2), enabling her to deliver skilled manual techniques aimed at improving joint movement and reducing pain.
Abi particularly enjoys working with motivated individuals who are eager to return to sport or training, and she takes pride in helping them rebuild capacity step by step.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Abi running along the coast, exploring new cafés or enjoying a hit of tennis.
