Prevention is better than cure. Aleea is an advocate of applying a proactive approach to wellness that revolves around building robust bodies to avoid injury altogether.

Aleea is an ex-elite AUS gymnast and current gymnastics coach with a keen interest in human movement and injury prevention. After spending 5 years at the Victorian Institute of Sport, Aleea understands the implications of training load, motor control and learning and the importance of pre- habilitation to which she is able to provide wisdom and the practical steps for her patients to move safely, confidently and effectively.

When it comes to lower back and neck pain, Aleea is a trusted physiotherapist thanks to her additional training in the McKenzie method for spinal disorders. She specialises in injuries such as whiplash, headaches, dizziness and chronic lower back pain.

In addition to this, Aleea has an interest in women’s health, treating disorders such as pelvic floor pain and urinary incontinence. Currently, Aleea works closely with dancers, Pole dancers and Gymnasts. If you’re lucky, you may catch her dancing in the hallways.

Outside the clinic, Aleea is an avid yogi, a big foodie and loves live music!
