 Being a physiotherapist and a strength coach, Josh’s passion is integrating the realm of physiotherapy with the strength training world. Rehab exists on a continuum, where both physiotherapy and coaching can, and should, coexist. 

 From being a youth athlete in swimming, cricket and football, to now being a (semi) competitive powerlifter and all round gym junkie, Josh has accumulated significant experience in training, competition and injuries.

 Educating clients, coaches and other clinicians is key to the process. Clear communication, including everyone in the process and setting clear expectations, help set up the process and take as much of the stress out as possible

Intelligent treatment, rehab and training progressions are at the cornerstone of everything he does.

Qualifications:

  1. Health Science (Sport & Exercise Science), M. Physiotherapy, Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Pre-Script Level 1 & Level 2
