Jordy is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Coach and fitness trainer who has a strong desire for educating and leading people to making sustainable lifestyle choices for prolonged health and wellness. Her approach is centred on understanding her patients desires and tailoring her programming to integrate key foundational pillars of health; thinking, breathing, hydration, recovery, movement and nutrition. With years in the fitness industry, Jordy understands the frustrations and road blocks that her clients experience and has built strategies around keeping focused, motivated, accountable and disciplined. She is currently the head trainer and fitness instructor at her local gym where she leads women of all walks of life and fitness levels towards better health and wellbeing. In her spare time, Jordy loves training and re-energises herself by spending plenty of time in the water and under the sun!
