With 19 years of experience in the Sports and Remedial Massage industry, she swears by its proven benefits in aiding in joint mobility, increased blood flow stimulation, damaged tissue repair, muscle tension release, and injury rehabilitation. Not only that, but she understands that aside from the physical, there are also psychological rewards of massage therapy, that allow the body and mind to reset, repair and rejuvenate. On top of being a warm presence at Pro-Form Physiotherapy, Elissa is currently the massage therapist for the NSW Swifts netball team and treats various high-performance athletes along the way.
