Aldrin (nickname Buzz) graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) Honours (First Class). He received the University Dean’s Scholar Award for being the highest academically performing student in his cohort. He is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a Club Weightlifting/ Sports Power Coach at Rise & Conquer CrossFit. Buzz is currently working alongside some of Australia’s elite athletes and has travelled to championship games across the country and worldwide. In the past he has worked with NSW Hockey, NSW gymnastics, and NSW weightlifting. He is currently the preferred provider for many elite CrossFit athletes, pole dancers, runners and touch football players. With a keen interest and commitment to health and fitness, Buzz constantly strives to deliver optimal results for his patients.

James Garth

James is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy. He has extensive experience in working with people from many walks of life, and specialises in work injuries and rehabilitation. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, long distance running, and strength and conditioning. James has worked closely with athletes in Rugby league, touch football, gymnastics and weightlifting. In addition, James has extensive experience with community based physiotherapy. He is currently active as a volunteer, offering his time to work with our local youth at Blacktown PCYC.

Andrew Pedrana

B.Health.Sc; M.Physiotherapy; APAM; SPAM

Andy is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy. Alongside his studies, Andy has participated in many high level team sports ranging from cricket, rugby league and most recently Track and field, representing New South Wales at the Australian Athletics Championship in the Men’s Decathlon. Throughout his sporting endeavours, Andy has interacted, participated and consulted with a number of high level coaches and athletes such as track and field athletes, rugby league, touch football, cricket and weightlifting and appreciates the strength and movement demands of many sports.

Andy’s motto is that “motion is lotion”, and will do all that he can to achieve the best results for his patients and get them moving once again.
